Are you ready to get Off-the-Grid and Disconnect from your busy day-to-day? We now offer a Cabin & Horseback Riding Package from mid-June through November. You will stay in one of our well-appointed cabins and have horseback riding and/or hiking included. Please Note: with this package you will bring your own food and have access to our full ranch kitchen and dining areas. If you would prefer our All-Inclusive package with meals, that is offered March through mid-June.

An option for bonding time with your horse, including brushing them at the end of each day.
Hiking and one-of-a-kind experiences with the history and culture of the area.
Access to the extensive ranch library with many identification guides, info on the area, history, and of course western novels!
Access to the ranch Rec Hall with board games, and Western movies for your enjoyment.
Outdoor games, horseshoe pit, roping dummy, propane fire pit.
Exceptional stargazing, birdwatching and wildlife viewing opportunities.

All rates are subject to New Mexico taxes (currently 6.3125%).
Gratuities are NOT INCLUDED – the standard recommended amount is 20% of your total.
Horseback riding requires EXCELLENT PHYSICAL FITNESS including BALANCE, STAMINA, and STRENGTH. Please EVALUATE YOURSELF HONESLTY before coming to ride in our VERY REMOTE LOCATION.
Rider WEIGHT LIMIT strict 210 pounds. You must be PHYSICALLY FIT and fall within our Height to Weight Ratio Chart in order to ride. These requirements are to ensure the safety and comfort of both riders and horses. We reserve the right to weigh you upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse you to ride if we deem it unsafe for any reason.
Due to the rough, rocky, mountainous terrain and VERY REMOTE location, ALL RIDES ARE WALK ONLY, but this is also the best way to enjoy one of the most beautiful places in the world!
Our focus is on GOOD HORSEMANSHIP and you will find MANY OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN NO MATTER YOUR EXPERIENCE LEVEL, and challenge yourself if you desire.
Please note your Guest Responsibilities: all guests will be required to follow the ranch/stable and guide or wranglers’ safety policies and procedures and all guests will be required to sign a Participant Assumption of Risks, Acknowledgment of Inherent Risks and Indemnity Agreement in favor of Geronimo Trail Guest Ranch. Please review and sign these documents in your customer portal, prior to arriving at the ranch.
