Employment

We are open March through November and seek to hire staff that can stay for our entire season. We are a small ranch (12 guests max) and will typically only hire 2 people.

The positions include a variety of different jobs: cook, wrangler, housekeeping, washing dishes, kitchen work, ranch work, and entertainment (guitar especially). Since we are small, job duties will include many different things, so the more versatile you are the better!

This job requires a fast learner and motivated self starter.

We are very remote. You need to have your own transportation to work here and be comfortable with long periods away from town/city life. This job requires independent people who do not mind time alone when we do not have guests. Again, we are very remote, 2 hours from the nearest town.

Hiring decisions will typically be made in early February with the job beginning in late February. Preference will be given to those who can stay the entire season and have previous guest/dude ranch experience.
